How to report copyright infringement or abuse on our network.

VTA Cloud Global ("VTA Cloud", "we", "us") respects the intellectual-property rights of others and expects our customers to do the same. This policy explains how to report copyright infringement and other abuse on services hosted at vtacloud.com, and how we respond.
If you believe material hosted on our network infringes a copyright you own or represent, send a written notice to our designated agent at abuse@vtacloud.com that includes all of the following:
Incomplete notices may delay our response. Please note that knowingly making a material misrepresentation in a notice may expose you to liability for damages.
On receiving a valid notice, we will act expeditiously to investigate and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to the material, and forward the complaint to the responsible customer. Depending on the severity and history, we may suspend or terminate the account involved.

It is our policy to suspend or terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of customers who are found to be repeat infringers of intellectual-property rights.
To report abuse that is not a copyright matter—such as spam, phishing, malware, fraud or network attacks originating from our services—email abuse@vtacloud.com with as much detail as possible: URLs, IP addresses, email headers, log excerpts and timestamps. Reports are handled in line with our Acceptable Use Policy.
