How billing, renewals and refunds work at VTA Cloud Global.
Last updated: 11 June 2026
This Payment & Refund Policy explains how VTA Cloud Global ("VTA Cloud", "we", "us") bills for its services and the limited circumstances in which refunds are available. It forms part of our Terms of Service. By purchasing a service, you accept this policy.
Setup fees are non-refundable. Where a one-time setup fee applies (for example on monthly or short-term dedicated server plans), that fee covers provisioning work and is not returned under any circumstances, even where a service refund is otherwise granted.
Domain registrations, renewals and transfers are non-refundable. When you register or renew a domain, we pay the fee to the domain registry/registrar on your behalf, and that cost cannot be recovered. This applies regardless of when the request is made.
Eligible shared / web hosting plans may include a money-back guarantee within the first 30 days of the initial purchase, subject to the conditions below. Unless expressly stated for a specific product, VPS and dedicated servers are not eligible for the money-back guarantee, because resources are dedicated and provisioned for you.
Even where a refund is available, the following are always excluded and will be deducted or withheld:
Submit refund requests through a billing ticket in your client area within the eligible window. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your payment provider.
Our refund options exist for genuine "try it out" situations — not to be used repeatedly. Customers who repeatedly purchase a service and then request a refund, or who otherwise abuse the money-back guarantee, will not be granted further refunds and may have their account closed. We track refund history across accounts that appear to belong to the same person or business; abusive patterns disqualify all related accounts from future refunds.
If you have a billing concern, please contact us first—we will work to resolve it quickly. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute instead of contacting us is considered a breach of these terms. We may immediately suspend or terminate all services on the account, and we reserve the right to refuse future service and to recover any costs and fees incurred.
Prices may change over time. We will give reasonable notice of any change that affects your renewal price; the change takes effect on your next renewal. You are responsible for any taxes, duties or levies that apply to your purchase.
