The agreement between you and VTA Cloud Global for the use of our services.
Last updated: 11 June 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you ("you", "Customer") and VTA Cloud Global ("VTA Cloud", "we", "us"), the operator of vtacloud.com. By ordering, accessing or using any VTA Cloud service, you agree to these Terms, our Acceptable Use Policy, Payment Policy and Privacy Policy, which are all incorporated here by reference. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
VTA Cloud provides web hosting, VPS, dedicated servers, domain registration and related products (the "Services"). Some Services are delivered using third-party infrastructure and registrars; we remain your point of contact and provider of record.
Your use of the Services must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy. Violations may result in suspension or termination without refund, as described in that policy.
You may cancel a Service at any time from your client area. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not entitle you to a refund of the current term except where our Payment Policy expressly allows it.
We may suspend or terminate your Services, with or without notice, if you: (a) fail to pay amounts when due; (b) violate these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy; (c) create a security, legal or operational risk for us, our partners or other customers; or (d) engage in fraud or abuse, including refund or chargeback abuse. On termination for cause, no refund is due and any outstanding balance becomes immediately payable.
You are responsible for maintaining your own backups of your data. While we may provide backup features, backups are offered on a best-effort basis and are not a substitute for your own backups. VTA Cloud is not liable for any loss or corruption of data.
We work to keep the Services available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Any uptime commitment, where offered, is described in the relevant product information and is the sole remedy for downtime. Scheduled maintenance, events beyond our reasonable control, and upstream-provider issues may affect availability.
Domain registrations are subject to the policies of the relevant registry and ICANN, and to the terms of our registrar partners. Because domain fees are paid to those providers on your behalf, domain registrations, renewals and transfers are non-refundable. You are responsible for renewing domains on time to avoid expiry.
The VTA Cloud name, logo, website and content are the property of VTA Cloud Global and may not be used without permission. You retain ownership of the content you host; you grant us the limited rights needed to operate the Services and comply with law.
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VTA Cloud Global will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid us for the affected Service in the three (3) months before the event giving rise to the claim.
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless VTA Cloud Global and its partners from any claims, damages, losses and expenses arising out of your use of the Services, your content, or your breach of these Terms or any law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of [jurisdiction — to be added], without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located there.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date shows the latest version. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
